Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $35 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature. Holiday/Rut Season reservations must be canceled 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $35. Reservations canceled within 14 days of your arrival date are non-refundable. Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7 days of your arrival date. Holiday/Rut Season reservations may not be changed or moved within 14 days of your arrival date. Reservations not checked-in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund

Yes, dry camping/tent sites start at $25/night.
